The platform was initiated in 2014 by the artists Aura Bălănescu, Miki Velciov, Bogdan Tomșa, Gabriel Kelemen, Petrică Ștefan, Daniel Tellman to practice a kind of “interference art” typical of Timisoara with roots in the industrial premieres of the 19th century and in the avant-garde post-war of the 1970s. But this “interference art” was particularized through various technological & scientific approaches specific to the double formation that some of these artists possess, by the fact that they graduated a technical college during the 1989 revolution, art studies in the 2000s and doctorate studies on the topic of technological art in the first decades of the 21st century.
